Opzelura® A topical Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor designed to target skin inflammation at the source.

Opzelura® is a topical prescription cream used to treat atopic dermatitis and nonsegmental vitiligo.

Opzelura® works by blocking JAK1 and JAK2 enzymes in the skin, helping reduce inflammation in eczema and restore pigment in vitiligo.

1. Apply a thin layer to affected areas twice daily
2. Do not exceed one 60g tube per week.
3. Wash hands after applying (unless treating hands).

Indication:
Opzelura is a prescription cream used to treat mild to moderate atopic dermatitis (eczema) and nonsegmental vitiligo in patients 12 years and older when other treatments are not suitable.
Important patient information:
Before using Opzelura, tell your healthcare provider if you have a weakened immune system, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other medications. Apply only to affected skin areas. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or genital areas, and do not use on broken or infected skin.
Possible side effects:
May include redness, burning, itching, or acne at the application site. Rare but serious side effects include infections, blood clots, increased cholesterol, or certain cancers. Stop use and contact your doctor if you experience unusual symptoms or signs of infection.
