DUOBRII® is a combination of a steroid and a retinoid for long-term control of plaque psoriasis.
DUOBRII® is approved for plaque psoriasis in adults.
Duobrii® is a prescription lotion that helps treat plaque psoriasis by combining two powerful ingredients:
Halobetasol: A steroid that helps reduce redness, itching, and swelling.
Tazarotene: A retinoid that helps slow down skin cell growth and smooth rough patches.
Together, they help clear thick, scaly skin and keep flare-ups under control — all in one daily lotion that’s gentle enough for longer use.
Apply a thin layer of Duobrii® to the affected skin once a day.
Gently rub it in until fully absorbed.
Wash your hands after applying (unless treating your hands).
Use only on the skin. Do not use on the face, groin, or underarms unless your doctor says it’s okay.
