  • Most prescriptions are shipped within 1–2 business days of receiving a valid prescription and any required prior authorizations.
  • Medications requiring cold-chain handling are packed with appropriate temperature controls and typically ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure product stability.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • Standard shipping is provided at no cost for all prescription orders.
  • We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the medication type and destination.
  • Expedited or overnight shipping is available upon request and may be subject to additional charges.

Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping typically arrives within 2–3 business days.
  • Tracking information is provided once the shipment has been processed.
  • Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier performance, and holidays.

Cold Chain and Specialty Medications

  • Medications requiring refrigeration are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging with monitoring to ensure product integrity.
  • These items are only shipped on select days (typically Monday through Wednesday) to prevent weekend delays.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship prescriptions to California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, and Utah.
  • Refrigerated medications cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
  • A signature may be required for certain medications, especially high-value or specialty items.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

  • Please verify your shipping address at the time of placing your order.
  • A re-shipping fee may apply for orders returned due to incorrect address information.
