In 3 Simple Steps:
Take one tablet by mouth once daily, with or without food — preferably at the same time each day.
Swallow with plenty of water and avoid lying down for at least 30 minutes afterward.
Follow your prescriber’s directions and use consistently, even if results take a few weeks to appear.
Avoid taking with antacids, iron, or calcium supplements close to your dose, as they can affect absorption.
